From Belly to Baby

I met this momma when she came in for her mini-maternity session. I love doing mini-maternity sessions before birth sessions because it gives us time to get-to-know each other and talk all things baby! There is so much excitement in waiting and I just love chatting with new moms about it all!

When Tabitha walked into our studio located just North of Tampa, I was absolutely blown away with how gorgeous this momma was and had a hard time turning my camera off, haha! We played in a few different client closet dresses and had so much fun playing in the studio. She killed the vibe check. Total Queen!

Skip a few weeks later, and I got to hang out with her again but this time as her and her hubby, Jake, awaited the birth of their sweet little boy!! We laughed a lot while she labored, napped a bunch, and I gave out massages to mama because what better way to work through labor than to be massaged. *Can I get some praise hands? haha!

Loving on mommas is so empowering, and then the prize of snuggling their babies after birth is such a gift.

And then skip a few more weeks, and we’re hanging in the studio again but this time with a baby in tow! It’s crazy to see how much babies change in just a short amount of time! I swear I blinked and my first baby is already 9… probably why I love loving on my clients babies. I know firsthand how fast it goes!

Three months old and Theo’s back in the studio in the outfit I gifted him before he was born… We may have nicknamed him Frozone from The Incredibles, hahaha, look at that smile though!!!

I told ya’ll, babies don’t keep! Look at Theo here at almost 9 months old! I am seriously obsessed with all my clients… and baby smiles. whewwwwf. Fav!

And you know I had to snap one last photo because dads are just the best! I mean, look at dad carrying all the things plus the baby so I could snatch up a hug from mama!

I sure do love getting to know my clients and becoming family with so many of them. I’m so thankful for all the moments I’ve been able to capture for Jake and Tabitha !
