The Moore Family

The Moore family is absolutely ‘that family’ I’ve been trying to be adopted by for years. Luckily, we’re best friends with a few in there so we get to attend a lot of their families get-togethers. Doesn’t mean I’m not still working on sneaking my way into the family group chat; ha! Not only are they some of the best humans around, they’re all pretty much gorgeous… I mean, see for yourselves!!

Our session began just before sunset in Land O Lakes, Florida, and although there are two super talented photographers/videographers in this family, they finally convinced me to photograph them. I mean, I wouldn’t normally say no to people asking for family photos, but this is my BEST FRIEND WE’RE TALKING ABOUT HERE, PEOPLE. Letting them down was absolutely in the front of my mind… and the talent within the family… forget it. Too nerveyyyyy. Not on my watch!! I was honestly terrified. Imposter syndrome, anyone??

I mean, you can obviously tell I put on my big-girl pants and photographed them anyways; hiding all nerves, duh. But once I was behind the camera, per usual, I got right in the zone. We got so many beautiful photos of my beautiful friend’s family and I’m so thankful I got to be the one to do it. Even if internally I was kicking and screaming ;P
